Central Coast Blue

The City of Pismo Beach is taking steps to secure state funding for its Central Coast Blue project, a major water recycling initiative.

Multiple agencies in the Five Cities area of San Luis Obispo County are backing out of a project to create a new clean water supply for the region. It’s called Central Coast Blue.

The City of Arroyo Grande has backed out of a wastewater treatment center that was expected to insulate the five-cities area in San Luis Obispo County from future drought. The project is called Central Coast Blue.
