Pete and Cathy Seghesio created a modern incarnation of the old-country butcher shop in downtown Healdsburg, California. The Seghesio’s offer fresh custom cut meat to go, or cooked on-site, with the added twist of wine tasting and culinary treats such as pizzas, salumi and sausages fresh from their wood-fired oven.
