With the start of the new school year just days away - fear, dread, uncertainty and anxiety are common feelings experienced by a majority of students from kindergarten through college. Tune in Tuesday from 2-3 pm for a conversation with the Reluctant Therapist, Elizabeth Barrett, about some of the primary causes of stress and anxiety in our children and how to best help them to cope - or steps we can take to reduce their concerns and fears.

Mental health is a state of well being in which we realize our own potential, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and fruitfully, and make a contribution to our community.
