Suicide is not an individual act. Taking one's life affects family, friends, colleagues and community.
There are so many unanswered questions about how we could have helped, or seen it coming or been more involved. And yet in spite of all the pain caused and lives lost - talking about suicide and suicidal ideation are still cultural taboos. Tune in to challenge the taboo and join a conversation about the many facets of suicide. Taking the time to talk about it might save a life .
