George Gomes, the Executive Chef at the  Sheraton Kona Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii has been a passionate chef since he was a teenager. His first big break was a stint as a chef at the legendary Mauna Kea Resort on the Kona Coast. Gomes shares his culinary passions and lessons learned from stints around the world and close to home.
