He also shares the backstory of how owner David Scotney went from performing with the Chicago-based American Metal band Janus to fulfilling his unstoppable passion for creating killer pizzas.
Scotney opened Oakfire in 2015 and its been full speed ahead ever since in his new incarnation as Lake Geneva’s pizza wizard ever since.
