The circulation element, which the City passed in 2014, calls for significant increases in non-motorized transportation.

The goal for 2035 is a mode share split of 50 percent motor vehicles, 12 percent public transit, 20 percent bicycles, and 18 percent walking, carpools and other forms.

Grigsby explains what the City is doing to meet those targets and how the public can stay informed.
