Governor Jerry Brown made quiet trip to San Luis Obispo this week, meeting with county law enforcement and judicial leaders.

His goal Thursday afternoon, according to the Governor's office, was to discuss his prison realignment law which gives more local control in the area of criminal justice.  The governor also discussed a new funding formula for school districts.

Both issues will have financial implications at the county level.
