Associate Producer for Journeys of Discovery,  Steve Koch is host of the syndicated show Arkansongs in Little Rock. Koch shares insights about Bill Clinton's passion for music and his life in Arkansas.

Arkansawyer William Jefferson Blythe III, born 1946 in Hempstead County, Ark. His father died in a car crash while his mother was still pregnant with him.

By the time William attended high school, he was known for two things: being a student leader and playing saxophone. He opted for public service.
