2012 Spring Pledge Drive
KCBX's Spring fundraising campaign is off to an early start. Keep the momentum going.
Here's the idea: We know that most of our listeners respond to our funding requests during our on-air "Spring Pledge Drive." (It's scheduled to start on March 21, in case you want to mark your calendar.) But an early pledge makes the pledge drive go faster.
We received 140 renewal gifts, totalling more than $15,000 during our "Paperless Pledge Week" at the end of January, saving paper, printing and postage costs.
Now we're in our second phase of the drive. We've mailed out reminders to subscribers who are due for their annual renewal, and our goal is to raise an additional $60,000 before we go on air with the pledge drive. That will mean fewer days of on-air fundraising -- and fewer programming interruptions.
The easiest way to renew your support or make a new gift is by using our secure on-line pledge form.
If we receive your gift by midnight, Tuesday, March 20, your name will automatically beentered in a drawing for a Nook Tablet.
