Californians are used to the idea of recycling cans, bottles and paper. But the idea of recycling water is a little hard for some to swallow. Dubke offered his resignation on May 18, prior to President Trump's overseas trip to the Middle East and Europe. He is still working at the White House and has not set a departure date yet.
